Introduction to research content

Organic and polymeric materials exhibit significant changes in their properties depending on the forming process. Therefore, it is essential to measure how these properties evolve during the process of shaping the material. At Liu Laboratory, we aim to develop novel methods for characterizing the physical properties of soft materials by utilizing techniques such as fabricating sensing devices through MEMS processes. These efforts are expected to contribute to the optimization of soft matter processing and the control of material properties.
